How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed in 1–5 business days and then take about 7–15 business days to reach the US, so please allow around 2–3 weeks in total. Made-to-order gowns need extra production time, shown on the product page. See Shipping for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has its own size chart. You can also see our general Size Guide.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Custom and made-to-order pieces and lingerie are final sale. See Returns & Exchanges.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Email us with your order number.
